All applications made during the General Availability Pre-Order period are at the customers risk and Atak Domain cannot be held responsible for a domain/domains that are not secured during General Availability.
All clients agree on the following terms::
- When pre-ordering .TR, the customer must make payment in order for the customers order to be pre-registered.
- The customer accepts that it is the customers responsibility to keep the domain whois information up to date and accurate while registering the pre-order and that the domain cannot be registered due to incomplete-incorrect whois records.
- Registrations in accordance with the Registration Policies and Procedures on the TRABIS website are valid.
- Domain owner users can obtain the application code from the current domain registrar and apply in the company they want.

Pre-Registration Terms and Conditions
- Allocation procedures in .TR pre-registrations are carried out in accordance with the rules, legislation, procedures and principles specified in the Registration Policies and Procedures available on the TRABIS website.
- The a.tr domain name to be ordered in .TR pre-registration must have any second level .tr extension. Persons/institutions that do not have a domain name for priority reason at the time of ordering may apply by registering the second level .tr domain name available for registration in addition to the pre-registration order. In case the a.tr application of the relevant domain name is unsuccessful, the second level domain name allocated as a pre-order reason and the fee paid for it will not be canceled/refunded.
- A domain name for which a .TR pre-registration order has been placed can be registered if it is not allocated in the 1st and 2nd category period. If the domain name is allocated in the 1st or 2nd category period, the order in the 3rd category will be canceled.
- In case that different individuals and institutions apply for the same domain name, the allocation of the domain name to which individual/institution will be determined based on the priority hierarchy of the extension of the domain name with priority justification.

Example: When 2 different persons/institutions who own domain.com.tr and domain.net.tr apply for domain.tr, the domain.tr domain name will be allocated to the owner of domain.com.tr. If the owner of domain.com.tr does not use his/her application right, the domain.tr domain name will be allocated to the person/institution who owns domain.net.tr. - The domain names for which the pre-registration order was successful can be tracked from the customer panel after the 3rd category is completed and a.tr domain name applications are finalized by TRABIS. The relevant domain name will be added to the customer's account and made ready for the customer to manage.
- .TR pre-registration price is determined according to the current procedures and principles announced by TRABIS and current economic conditions. Before the pre-registration orders are finalized, TRABIS may request the ustomer to pay the price difference in case of updating the prices or significant changes in the economic conditions of the country. The customer may pay the price difference and continue the pre-order transactions or refuse to make additional payment and request the refund to be added to his/her deposit.
- .TR pre-registration orders cannot be canceled/refunded before the results of the 3rd category is announced.
- Cancellation/refund cannot be requested for pre-registration orders that result in the allocation of the domain name.
- The customer is notified by e-mail for unsuccessful .TR pre-registration orders. The refund is made to the customer panel deposit within 15 days for unsuccessful .TR pre-registration orders. No refund method other than a refund to the client panel deposit is used.
